Health & Safety

It is our priority to provide the safest working environment for our team, subcontractors, visitors to our sites and members of the public.

We ensure that all of our team fully understands the part they play in maintaining our high safety standards, and the importance of Health and Safety is reinforced with a structured training regime and a rigorous site safety audit structure.

Annual safety training updates are provided for all team members, and changes in legislation or company policy are transmitted to all our employees at Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks and Safety Notices, enabling us to distribute detailed information and advice on best working practice throughout the company.

Our safety team is made up of a full-time, qualified HSQE Manager plus a Construction Health and Safety Manager. The team carries out regular site inspections and audits, safety training and accident investigations, as well as liaising with local authorities, the HSE and advising on risk assessments and method statements.
